This was one of my first dioramas when I began to lose myself in the world of miniatures. It was a gift for my brother, who I always figured would make an excellent lumberjack, considering his size, strength, and love of the outdoors. The original plan was to have a plaid jacket tossed carelessly on the pile of wood, but the experience of trying to sew a miniature jacket was quite frustrating at the time, so sadly, it never made it to the finished piece. Maybe some day I’ll make still make one, or maybe I’ll add a rabid squirrel or baby dragon instead. You know – just the usual things you’d see while chopping wood.
Approx. 8”w x 8”d base.
